Previously, Mike worked for ten years as a trainer and organization development consultant to clients in all industry sectors to develop influential relationships based on mutual trust and mutual respect. Earlier in his career, Mike worked in human services – much of it at the federal and state levels. He also has experience teaching in higher education.
Mike earned a B.A. in Government and International Studies from the University of Notre Dame and a M.Ed. in Social Foundations of Education from the University of Virginia. Additionally, he holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certificate from the Society for Human Resource Management and is certified by New Ventures West – through its Professional Coaching Certification Program – as an integral coach. He holds the ACC credential from the International Coach Federation.
