Leadership Coaching

Hallmarks of our approach to coaching:

      1. A high level of integrity – he honors confidences and acts always with his clients’ best interests in mind.
      2. A customized approach to every engagement – he does extensive intake and asks probing questions to draw out clients’ innate creativity and ways of knowing.  Between session assignments are focused and respectful of clients’ busy lives.
      3. “Integral” approach – While behavioral change is the end product of coaching, getting there requires working with the whole person, i.e. the cognitive, emotional, somatic (body), relational, and sometimes spiritual domains.
      4. A blend of compassion and rigor – he honors the circumstances of clients’ lives while challenging them to develop new ways of being that are compatible with the goals of the coaching engagement.

Structure of a typical engagement with a senior leader:

      1. Minimum 6-month commitment
      2. Customized coaching plan to address each client’s particular needs and goals
      3. Two sessions per month at 90 – 120 minutes
      4. Between-session assignments to increase awareness and practice new behaviors in the “lab of life”
      5. 24/7 access to your coach via email or phone
