Structure of a typical engagement with a senior
leader:
- Minimum 6-month commitment
- Customized coaching
plan to address each client’s
particular needs and goals
- Two sessions per
month at 90 – 120 minutes
- Between-session assignments
to increase awareness and practice new behaviors
in the “lab
of life”
- 24/7 access to your coach via email or phone
